Saturday was the first home game for the UT Longhorns against Wyoming. Game time was not until 6 PM which gave plenty of time to tailgate, eat and drink lots of beer. Some of my favorite places were the Saint Arnold Brewery and the Royal’s Lounge tent. Both are around the 18th and Trinity area. I became a member of The University of Texas Club so drinking in the stadium (legally) is an option for me this year.
No matter what time of year or who we are playing there is one team hated over all others.

It was 9-11 and people were very patriotic everywhere you looked.

Bevo Boulevard got a face lift this year with new vendors but the ESPN radio show is still there.
